Just the right amount of everything
The location is a real plus, close to the main train station and the bus hub. Apart from that, it's a typical standard hotel, classic room and equipments. The staff is nice even with non japanese speaking persons.

Très bien situé, en plein cœur d'une rue marchande (mais c'est très calme dans la chambre, très bien insonorisé) et proche de toutes commodités. Le personnel est souriant et chaleureux. Un petit déjeuner est proposé, mais je n'ai pas essayé.
Une prise proche du lit (même simplement USB) aurait la bienvenue. Oreiller un peu étrange.

enjoyed the stayed
I really like the location. I only confirmed that the hotel is near the station when choosing this hotel. however, to my surprise, it is located in the middle of the shopping district. it has everything you want. super market, restaurant, minimarket, shops, izakaya etc. my room was in the 7th floor, its was quiet even tho its near to the shopping district. the room is quiete old and compact, but comfy. overall, love it :D
the light is a bit too dim for working at night but comfortable for resting

Good
Close to Sendai station. On a shopping street.
Cumbersome check-in. We had to wait in line to use the electronic check-in. The machine didn't work, so we then had to wait in line to do the normal check-in.
